Every human being has rights since they were in their mother’s womb. Every human being is born free and equal in dignity and rights. They have reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

All human beings have a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations; a place where they were born that it their heritage. The world that they live in should be progressive and effective and the territories that they live in should be free and progressive and useful for the next generations. We are born in freedom, so that when we grew up we should be free from deprivation. We should not have discrimination of any kind, base on such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. The political system should not make distinctions of the basis of the jurisdictional or the internal status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.  There should not be persecution or torture of other people. Every one is born free, so everyone has their own right to progress themselves or achieve anything that they want.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security .We should not be held in slavery or servitude. The bible also tells us we shall not be subjected to torture or to cruel, in human or degrading treatment or punishment. God teaches us, not to do evil things.

In this world we have law to guide us, to make us good. We all are equal before the law.  The law should be balanced for all. We don’t have rights in law to inennge human rights. The law guides us not to do evil things. We don’t use the powers of the law to torture others, there is no right.  No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile at all: But now, even we are in the foreign country they always searched us to kill us. The human right became the enemies for the State of Peace of Development Council (SPDC).

Everyone should have full equality before the law and justice the right to justice to affair everyone has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according by the law. It means that every one should be judged by the law, in the connect and fair way.

Every one has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. Everyone has the right to live any country there should not be discrimination or distinction. Every one has right to seek to enjoy in other country asylum from persecution. But this right against the Burma Governors. They don’t let the Citizens going to the foreign much. If they let go to foreign but, they asked a lot of money for the passport.

Especially, (according to the human beings rights we have to understand that like this) as we are born in freedom, so everyone should have right to a nationality and every adult man or women should be able to marry. They should behave right to found a family, because of the family’s fundamental to society.

I would like conclude that as soon as we are born we have freedom and rights so that we all have the human right to own property and freedom of thought, conscience and religion, social community; we are have freedom of opinions and expression and to enjoy the peaceful life. Every one has right to vote to be any kind of leader or Government and the right of equal access to public service in his community. This right is very difficult for us and very sad for us, because SPDCdon’t allow us to enjoy with them. They don’t respect us in their society. The try to oppress us in everything. But we are not give up from that, we have hope for the future and we pray for that God can do anything for our country.
