These photographs will be
appearing in one of the publications to be released in February next year on the
occasion of the Church’s 75th anniversary. Our church abounds in
memorial windows and plaques on furnishings and fittings.
The photos are of prominent
Baptists from around Australia who are remembered in memorials in Canberra
Baptist Church. Many of us are not aware of them or their stories. If you do not
recognise them you will soon have the opportunity to learn about them and to see
beyond the memorials to the remarkable lives of the people behind them.
