QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER
The theme of this Christmas 2002 Edition of the Quarterly Newsletter is “Traveller’s Tales”.

For many of us for whom Canberra is our adopted home, travelling can be very much a part of Christmas. We travel “home” for Christmas. Or, we may make a journey to be with relatives or friends at this time.

Travelling has always been a part of life. 2000 years ago, the first Christmas began at the end of an expectant mother’s arduous journey. It was also followed by another journey – a flight from danger into Egypt.

At that first Christmas something happened that was to change the world. St John puts it this way:

…the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth…

Our wish for all of our readers is that during this Christmas season, you may experience:

The PEACE of God that surpasses all understanding,
JOY in the Holy Spirit, and
God’s LOVE poured into your hearts.

A Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year!

&  &  &  &  &  &  &  &  &  &  &  &

Accept the path your life is taking,
With it’s many twists and turns.
The adventure is in the journey,
not in the arriving…
