Reports – Can You Help?
The Church’s Annual
Reports are a valuable source of historical information about the church’s
activities over the years and we are trying to put together a complete set for
the church’s archives.
At
present we have the following years covered:

1930-1953 Roneoed copies of about 1-3 pages in length
¨
1954-1957 NO COPIES
¨
1958-1972 Roneoed copies of up to 6 or 7 pages
¨
1973-1979 NO COPIES
¨
1980
Roneoed copy of 9 pages
¨
1981
NO COPIES
¨
1982-1989 Printed copies of detailed reports
¨
1990 61st
Annual Report. NO COPIES
¨ 1991-1992 Printed copies of detailed reports
¨
1993-1998 NO COPIES
¨
1999-2001 Printed copies of detailed reports
If you are able to assist with copies of the missing
reports please contact Bill Hughes. The reports are an
important information source for the 75 year history, which is being prepared at
present. If you require any copies to be returned to you we can get by with
photocopies, so please let us know if you can help!
The
required years are: 1954-1957, 1973-1979, 1981, 1990, and 1993-1998.

the Quarterly Newsletter will be in December 2002
The theme for that issue, and requests for items will be announced in
the Church Bulletin.
We endeavour through this newsletter to allow people the opportunity to
freely express a range of views. The views offered in this issue
are not necessarily those of the Canberra Baptist Church, or even those
of a majority of its members.
